ABOUT
Kort Woycheshin is a photographer and artist from Calgary, Alberta, now based in Lethbridge. He recently earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies from the University of Lethbridge, specializing in analog photography. His work has garnered several prestigious awards, including the Roloff Beny Foundation Photographic Award, the David Lanier Memorial Award, and the Abbondanza Fine Arts Undergraduate Award.
Kort's photography explores themes of identity and self-expression. His subjects span from the frenetic energy of hardcore music shows to thought-provoking roadside political symbols. Through his art, Kort aims to deepen his self-understanding, examining how his upbringing and environment have shaped his identity.
